My journey: from graphic design to digital transformation
My professional trajectory is anything but linear, and that is exactly what defines me.
Everything starts with graphic design, my first entry point into the world of visual communication and user experience. After training in DNMADE Graphic Design, I quickly realized that my interest went beyond just the image: I wanted to design experiences, understand behaviors, and improve interactions between users and digital tools.
This conviction led me to a Master's in Web Project Management, where I developed skills in agile methodologies, data, and digital design. Later, while pursuing a Master's in UX Design, I consolidated my expertise by focusing my projects on user experience and the adoption of new practices within companies.

A hybrid role in service of change
Today, as a IT Project Manager, I support organizations in their digital transformation by combining project management, communication, and user experience.
I work on several aspects:
Transformation Strategy – Facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes by incorporating user-centered approaches.
Engagement and Communication – Create clear content, smooth journeys, and interactive materials to raise awareness and train teams.
Innovation and Accessibility – Simplify the use of digital tools and optimize work methods through a UX approach.
These missions have allowed me to evolve in various environments, from large groups like AXA and Safran to more agile contexts like fintech start-ups.

What motivates me?
Make change more accessible. I like to deconstruct complexity, simplify processes, and create engaging experiences so that every collaborator feels like an agent of change.
Create a link between technology and people. Because a good project is not just limited to a high-performing tool: it must be understood, adopted, and used effectively by those who need it.
Provide concrete solutions. Every project is an opportunity to improve the existing, to measure impact, and to iterate based on user feedback.
